Delighted to announce a solo exhibition of new works by James Devlin. This display of brand new paintings will be on show May 19th at Art AIA La Dolce Berlin, in Wedding BLN. This marks Devlin's first exhibition in Berlin, Germany and will centre around distortions of the human form. Members of the public are invited to join us for the event which takes place at 19:00 at Türkenstraße 19, 13349 Berlin, Germany.

Gallery X will be hosting their second anniversary show in Dublin city centre on Friday December 2nd at 6:00pm. This eclectic show will feature works from a variety of artists from different mediums including work by James Devlin. Gallery X is a unique and edgy gallery in the heart of Dublin and this is the first time Devlin will exhibit work here. So be sure to get down to the opening reception and bring your wallet. Devlin will unveil a new triptych titled "BALENCIAGA" at the Inspire Galerie group show NEON X, which opens Thursday Nov. 24th to December 8th. The piece is inspired by the fashion house Balenciaga's 2017 men's collection. This will be Devlin's first triptych. Three selections from Devlin's Dead Ink collection will be on Display from June to July 2016 at the Key To My Art Gallery in Amityville, New York, U.S.A. This will be Devlin's first exhibition in the United States of America, so those in the are should check out the works in person. For more information, check out the Key to My Art facebook page.

The Inspire Galerie on 56 Gardiner Street Lower will feature a large wall mural by James Devlin New Works, as part of the Derek Jarman Kissed Me Group Exhibition, celebrating the work of artist/filmmaker Derek Jarman. This will be Devlin's largest piece to date, and will be on display for one month only!

Jordan Arts present their Christmas group show in Rush, Dublin. The Opening Reception begin at 7:00pm Thursday 3rd December. Show continues until Wednesday 23rd December, daily 12 - 6pm (closed Sundays and Mondays)

Brand new works will be on display at The Bleeding Horse Creative Space in Dublin City Centre. Odd Rubber Ducklings is Devlin's first solo exhibition and will feature brand new paintings based on sketches by the artist. The opening reception is from 7:30pm on November 12th. Continues daily from 12pm, and closes Dec 8th

"By portraying things, people and places through a bizarre and unique lens, artist James Devlin attempts to engage the viewer with a provocative and playful look at his world. A world that's humorous, dark and slightly left of field. Devlin uses paintings, sketches and illustration to capture this imagery in an edgy and exciting new way.Odd Rubber Ducklings is a collection of new works by James Devlin, and is a departure from his usual colour scheme. Based on a series of sketches, Odd Rubber Ducklings forms a new perspective on portrait art and primitivism. So strong they'll blow out a window."

"Death Sentence '89" will be on display and available for purchase this coming Thursday as part of the 5:55 group show at the In-Spire Gallery, Dublin City Centre. Death Sentence '89 is the largest of the artist's collection and is a contemporary piece(2014) This will be the first time this piece is on display in public amidst a group show of talented artists of multiple backgrounds. 

Opening reception is at 6pm, the space is located on Lower Gardiner Street, Dublin.

Four pieces from James Devlin New Works will be on display at Jordan Arts, Rush. Co. Dublin. Pieces on display include three ink illustrations from the Dead Ink series. in addition to Devlin Makes Good an unframed Acrylic painting. All available for purchase. The exhibition will run for 2 weeks and opens on Culture Night.

From Saturday 22nd of August until Thursday 17th of September I will have selected drawings on display at the Gallery Revival in Moneygall, Offaly.  The exhibition is entitled "Nude and Still Life" and my pieces represent some of the more abstract enterpretation of the theme.
